A full refund of the purchase price will be given, including initial shipping cost, if item is faulty. You are responsible for return shipping costs. This is unless we send the wrong item and in that case we will pay for return shipping costs. This is all contingent on the requirement that the item(s) is returned in the same new, unused condition in which it was shipped. All returns must be shipped back to us with tracking.
